Handshake was a startup that had 6 weeks to redesign their site to
qualify for their 2nd round of venture capital. They brought me in for
usability and creative consulting. Their business was that they
provided 3 quotes for any service a customer was interested in receiving,
a free massage for any customer who suggested a new service, and their
staff made the appointments for the customers.
