Xerox had been through 3 versions of their SOHO website with 3 different agencies when they turned to Digitas for an improved version.
Because of their previous experiences, one of their priorities was a site with an excellent user experience. They also wanted a site that was designed to be flexible and that they would be able to manipulate on their own when we were done.
